Thanks to the official Uber Eats Restaurants app, the Expedy printer<\/a> will receive print orders automatically for each new order, via the WiFi<\/strong> network.<\/p>\n\n

This printer is connectable to Uber Eats, DoorDash, Foodpanda, Smood, but if you want to connect other platforms (Deliveroo, Just Eat, WooCommerce, Shopify…), the Cloud model<\/a> is more suitable.<\/p>\n\n

Warning: Do not connect other devices (cash register software) to the same Uber Eats printer.It is recommended to dedicate only one printer per application.<\/p>\n\n

How it works with the Uber Eats for Restaurant application<\/h3>\n\n

You can use the“Uber Eats for restaurant<\/strong>” app with the <\/strong>official Uber Eats tablet or an Apple iOS\/Android device.<\/p>\n\n

The tablet must be connected to the same LAN\/WiFi network as the printer.<\/p>\n\n

1. Configure WIFI connection<\/h2>\n\n

Connect the printer to your router’s LAN\/WiFi network.<\/p>\n\n

2. Link the printer to the Uber Eats tablet<\/h2>\n\n

Once the printer is connected to your WiFi network, follow these instructions to connect the printer to the tablet.<\/p>\n\n

  1. Open theUber Eats app on your iOS \/ Android smartphone<\/strong> or Uber Eats tablet<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Click on Settings<\/strong>\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Click on Print order receipts<\/strong>\"\"\/<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Invoice printing disabled by default. Enable invoice printing <\/strong>by clicking on the\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Search for printer in drop-down menu<\/strong> (code starts with TSP143IIILAN or TSP100LAN)<\/strong>\"\"\/Printer detection can take up to 30 seconds<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Click on the name of your printer to select it<\/strong>\"\"\/<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Click on SELECT<\/strong>\"\"<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. To enable automatic printing, activate the AUTOMATIC PRINT RECEIPTS option.<\/strong>\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Print a test ticket by clicking on TEST PRINTER<\/strong>\"\"<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. A TEST ticket is printed.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n
