After-sales service: Product return procedure

If and only if support validates the after-sales service for a return, here is the procedure for returning the product for testing in our workshops:

  1. Contact Customer Service to inform them of your intention to return the product.
  2. Print and fill in the return form following the instructions.

Please note: all returns must be made with the prior agreement of technical support.
