These Tariff Conditions apply to all the services offered by AD TELA on its website www.expedy.fr/console, relating to the provision of the following services:
- EXPEDYPRINT
Remote IOT printer management solution.
Prices are quoted in EURO, exclusive of tax, and for information purposes only, excluding special negotiations and discounts allocated according to the volumes and services active in your customer account.

AD TELA is known to its customers as “EXPEDY” or “PRINTER POINT”.
These Tariff Conditions are accessible at all times on the website and will prevail, where applicable, over any other version or any other contradictory document.
In the absence of proof to the contrary, the data recorded by AD TELA constitutes proof of all transactions.

Validation/creation of the service order by the Customer, via the online console (expedy.fr/console) or via API WebService, implies unreserved acceptance of these Pricing Conditions.
The prices shown below are exclusive of tax and installation costs.
The basic rate is expressed for 1 request or 1 order or 1 printout.
1 request is considered counted as soon as 1 service call is executed.

Subscription changes take effect from the next billing period.
Requests must be made no later than 30 days before the next billing period.
