Error Paper Jam – Blocked paper cutter
Depending on how intensively the ticket printer is used, the printer’s cutter may jam and cause a paper jam, preventing printing from running smoothly.
This is the inscription on the printer cover:
Note: when the cutter stuck not works properly, can be shut off the powr and then restart, cutting knife recoverable in situ, if cannot recover, then pull up on both sides of this cover, rotating gear to make back in place.
In French:
Note: if the cutter doesn’t work properly, switch the printer off and then on again, the cutter should return to the correct position. If it doesn’t, lift the front cover and turn the gear towards you to put it back in place.
